14-Day Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, including ordering the wrong style.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider.

Shipping Fees

Original express shipping charges are nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns. No restocking fees apply.

Because our handmade designs are unique, exchanges depend on product availability.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at sundazedglasses@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions.
